Moishe Oofnik is a grouch who lives in a garbage can (of course!) on Rechov Sumsum, and is always in a bad mood. If everyone likes something, Moishe can't stand it. But if it's stinky, noisy, or yucky, it's probably something Moishe loves! Though Moishe says he wants everyone to leave him alone, he somehow always ends up in the middle of the Rechov Sumsum action.
